We train our staff in all disciplines of print finishing to ensure that every job is sensational. And with our equipment, this helps us to maintain consistently high standards while working quickly.
What print finishing do you require? We fold, crease, bind, stitch and laminate. Need perforations, numbering or hand insertions? We do those too. And trimming, drilling, collating, die cutting and poly-wrapping. From one-piece mailers to stitched booklets to bound brochures, we’ll make sure your finished product looks flawless – so that it adds to your message, rather than detracting from it.

Morgana UFO Folder
It sounds like the contents of an Area 51 filing cabinet, but the Morgana UFO Folder is actually a suction-feed folding machine. And an incredibly productive one at that, capable of folding over 20,000 sheets per hour.

Nagel Foldnak 8 Stitcher
Our Foldnak 8 is a smart beast. It can accurately staple and fold anything from a CD booklet up to SRA3. It tackles corner and edge stapling with ease. And what’s more, it allows Nigel, our Foldnak expert, to change from loop staples to normal without the need to reset it.
As Nigel will tell you, it staples and folds in one pass, which means the staple sits perfectly in the fold every single time. Now that’s our kind of machine.

Duplo DB-200 Perfect Binder
The DB-200 is our fully automated compact binder, which lets us create up to 200 professionally bound books every hour.
Its electronic clamping and cover nipping table presses the wrap-around cover on all three sides as the glue cures – so we can guarantee a perfectly square spine every time. Perfect for creating the right impression.

Morgana Auto Creaser
We use the Morgana AutoCreaser to crease our digital output prior to folding. It applies pressure evenly along the length of the fold, which prevents cracking. It’s capable of taking stocks all the way up to 300 gsm too.

Not all jobs necessitate machine folding, and many actually demand the attention of human hands. That’s where our Hand Enclosing Team comes in.
Cross-matched mailings are one of Lisa's specialities, where she hand-collates and inserts letters, brochures, personalised gifts, promotional items – or anything you need.
Lisa’s as sharp as a tack too – so we can rely on her for 100% accuracy, even when she’s working at full speed.
