A little about our strict standards

We’re sure you’ll agree that in direct mail and digital print fulfilment, getting things right first time is more than just useful – it’s absolutely critical. With budgets and timelines what they are, the smallest oversight can be very costly.

Because mistakes are not an option, we hold ourselves to the very highest quality standards. We have stringent procedures in place to ensure we foresee, avoid and address any potential issues, because if there’s one thing we don’t like, it’s mistakes. (We’re also fully in line with the Data Protection Act of course.)

What’s more, every one of our approved suppliers is selected with its accreditations and supply chain process in mind. We source all our paper, inks, print and envelopes from companies committed to sound environmental and health and safety practices. Of their many accreditations, ISO 14001 environmental standard and ISO 12647 process control standard are typical.

And we review our own and our suppliers’ processes on a regular basis to ensure that these high standards never slip.
